1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Ink Stains (ink-stains.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Custom Orders & Engraving

Due to the personalized nature of our engraving and design services:

• Approvals: The client is responsible for reviewing all proofs for spelling and design accuracy before production begins. Ink Stains is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
• Customer-Provided Items: While we take extreme care with items provided by customers for engraving (e.g., bottles, devices), all items are submitted at the customer's risk. We do not replace customer-owned items in the rare event of machinery error.

3. Returns and Refunds

Custom items are non-refundable. If there is a manufacturing error on our part that differs from the approved proof, we will replace the item at no cost. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Web Development Services

For website projects, specific terms regarding timelines, revisions, and payments will be outlined in a separate proposal/contract. Hosting fees are subject to annual renewal.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ink Stains be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
